Manager/ Senior Manager PMS Operations

Location: Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting of Inflows & Outflows for the day. Preparing masters/ for securities in Wealth Spectrum/ opening new accounts.

Trade settlements , confirming deals with the custodian. Accounting & Settlement of the same. Checks & Procedures for fixed income deal settlement on various settlement systems such as CBrics, NDS, E-Kuber. Corporate Action Interest, redemption & IPO, new issue related activities for G sec, SDL, Corp bonds.

To do Daily Reconciliations of securities

Preparing Cash Flows based on inflows & outflows.

Knowledge of PMS Operations and accounting

Regulatory reportings and filings.

MIS reports and reports for clients

Communicating with outsourced vendors including Fund accountants for PMS, Custodians, Bankers, RTA

Prepare specified financial statements, analysis and reports for a specific area or specific clients.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications:

Candidate should be proactive and should have the ability to think independently.

High Enthusiasm & willingness to learn

Should have positive attitude and should be a good team player

Handling large volumes of transactions meticulously and eye for details.

Should have excellent communication skills and should be proficient with Word, Excel & Email

Proficient or worked with Wealthspectrum system or MF systems.

Knowledge of PMS MF Fixed Income Operations.

Experience with handling Fixed income settlement in CBrics, FTRAC, NDS Settlement, EBP and Ekuber

Qualifications:CA or MBA (From good institute)
