Manager/ Senior Manager PMS Operations

Location: Mumbai

Reporting to: VP - Operations

Key Responsibilities:

- Accounting of Inflows & Outflows for the day, preparing masters for securities in Wealth Spectrum, and opening new accounts.

- Trade settlements, confirming deals with the custodian, accounting & settlement of the same, and checks & procedures for fixed income deal settlement on various settlement systems such as CBrics, NDS, E-Kuber.

- Corporate Action - Interest, redemption & IPO, and new issue related activities for G sec, SDL, Corp bonds.

- To do Daily Reconciliations of securities.

- Preparing Cash Flows based on inflows & outflows.

- Knowledge of PMS Operations and accounting.

- Regulatory reportings and filings.

- MIS reports and reports for clients.

- Communicating with outsourced vendors including Fund accountants for PMS, Custodians, Bankers, RTA.

- Prepare specified financial statements, analysis and reports for a specific area or specific clients.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications:

- Candidate should be proactive and should have the ability to think independently.

- High Enthusiasm & willingness to learn.

- Should have positive attitude and should be a good team player.

- Handling large volumes of transactions meticulously and eye for details.

- Should have excellent communication skills and should be proficient with Word, Excel & Email.

- Proficient or worked with Wealthspectrum system or MF systems.

- Knowledge of PMS MF Fixed Income Operations.

- Experience with handling Fixed income settlement in CBrics, FTRAC, NDS Settlement, EBP and Ekuber.

- Qualifications: CA or MBA (From good institute).
