Manager / Senior Manager - Member Relations

Job Purpose:

We are seeking a Membership Lead who will play a pivotal role in expanding IPRS footprint in the region along with building strong relationship with our existing members Experience in the M&E/Music industry will be highly valued for this position.

Role & Responsibilities:

Design and Implementation of Strategy:

• Design end-to-end members awareness & enrolment campaigns from conception to execution and post analysis.
• Develop and implement effective communication strategies that build brand awareness.
• Spearhead member outreach and engagement programmes for recruitment and retention of members
• Understanding of the music landscape and music creator community of the region
• Budgeting and planning to ensure best utilization of the funds for achieving desired results.

Brand Representative:

• Represent the brand professionally and exhibit an enthusiastic demeanour while interacting with author, publishers, and composers.
• Identify and create opportunities to increase brand visibility in the region

Stakeholder Management:

• Build and maintain strong member relationships, with a problem-solving approach towards addressing their queries and concerns.
• Build strong partnership with internal and external stakeholders

Collaboration:

• Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate the smooth on boarding of new members into the organization.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication, coordination and implementation of membership initiative and campaigns.

Team Management:

• Responsible for team management as per the membership functional priorities
