Role & responsibilities:
Portfolio Strategy & Excellence
- Evaluate portfolio performance and recommend actions for expansion, optimization, or rationalization.
- Drive new product planning and lifecycle management initiatives.
- Prioritize pipeline assets based on market attractiveness, strategic fit, and financial return.
- Guide the team on planning and execution
