About this role
Experience: 8+ Years
We are looking for an experienced Learning & Development professional to drive Management Development Programs (MDPs), Leadership Development Programs (LDPs), and leadership capability-building initiatives across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute MDPs, LDPs and leadership development interventions for middle and senior management.
- Partner with business leaders and HR to identify leadership and capability gaps.
- Manage the complete lifecycle of leadership programs design, execution, evaluation and impact assessment.
- Identify, evaluate and empanel external L&D vendors, consultants, facilitators, coaches and institutions.
- Manage vendor relationships, commercials, program quality and delivery.
- Build a strong L&D partner ecosystem aligned with organisational requirements.
- Track program effectiveness and continuously improve leadership development initiatives.
Candidate Profile:
- 8+ years of experience in Learning & Development / Talent Development / Leadership Development.
- Strong hands-on experience in MDPs and LDPs.
- Proven experience in L&D vendor empanelment and vendor management.
- Strong stakeholder management experience with senior leadership / business heads.
- Experience in mid-sized / mid-tier corporates is strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and program-management skills.

L&D / Talent Development / Leadership Development professionals who have independently managed leadership programs and external L&D partners.
