Job Description

We are hiring experienced Finance & Accounting professionals for our Insurance Accounting team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), Reconciliations, Journal Entries, and Financial Reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Insurance Accounting processes.
• Handle AR, AP, and GL activities accurately and within timelines.
• Perform account reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close activities.
• Support financial reporting and ensure compliance with accounting policies.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders across multiple geographies.
• Identify and drive process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Finance & Accounting experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in AR, AP, and GL functions.
• Insurance industry experience preferred; however, candidates with strong accounting expertise from other industries are also welcome.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to support global stakeholders across Australia, Asia, Europe, and the US.
• Flexible to work in shifts aligned with business requirements.
• Candidates from PAN India can apply; willingness to relocate to Kochi is mandatory.
