Experience: 10-15 years in Manufacturing

Role Overview:

The position manages end to end HR activities for a chemical manufacturing unit with focus on employee relations and statutory adherence.

Key Responsibilities:

• HR Operations, Recruitment and Employee Engagement
• Employee Relations, Contract Labour Management, Statutory Compliance
• Administration, Plant Discipline and Policy Implementation
• Coordination with Government Authorities and External Stakeholders

Preferred Profile:

• Handson experience in factory HR and labour management
• Exposure to manufacturing culture and statutory compliance
