About the Role

This role is ideal for candidates who want to build and scale a product from 01.

We are building a next-generation Recruitment Productivity Platform that helps companies move from hiring activity business outcomes.

Hiring delays = Revenue loss
Our platform solves this through execution discipline, visibility, and accountability

We are looking for a GTM Manager / Senior Manager to drive market activation, early customer traction, and product adoption.

This is not a typical sales role.
It is a 01 execution role working closely with leadership to build and scale the GTM engine.

Key Responsibilities

Go-To-Market Execution

• Execute GTM strategy across:
• Corporate TA Teams
• Recruitment Agencies
• MSMEs & Freelancers
• Own end-to-end pilot cycle:
  Outreach Onboarding Usage Conversion
• Drive demo-led sales and early revenue traction

Sales & Business Development

• Manage complete sales funnel:
• Lead generation, follow-ups, and closures
• Conduct product demos for:
• CHROs, TA Heads, CEOs, Agency Owners
• Support proposals, pricing discussions, and ROI presentations

Customer Success & Adoption

• Onboard customers and ensure active product usage
• Conduct training sessions and periodic review calls
• Track adoption metrics and resolve user issues
• Ensure pilot paid conversion

Product Feedback Loop

• Capture customer insights and identify gaps
• Suggest improvements in:
• Features
• UI/UX
• Workflow efficiency
• Collaborate with product and leadership teams

Marketing & Demand Generation

• Support webinars, events, and LinkedIn campaigns
• Contribute to case studies, testimonials, and success stories
• Work with marketing to strengthen GTM messaging

Partnerships & Ecosystem

• Work with recruitment partners and regional networks
• Support local market activation and expansion initiatives

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3–8 years of experience in:
• B2B SaaS Sales / GTM
• Enterprise or Inside Sales
• HR Tech / Recruitment Tech (preferred)
• Strong ability to:
• Conduct demos and close deals
• Manage pilots and onboarding journeys
• Build relationships with CXO-level stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi)
• High ownership, discipline, and execution focus
• Understanding of recruitment lifecycle is a plus

Education

• Graduation (Any stream)
• MBA / PGDM preferred (not mandatory)
