Manager/ Senior Manager - Fundraising

Role & responsibilities

Fundraising Strategy & Business Development

• Develop and execute annual and multi-year resource mobilization strategy.
• Build diversified funding portfolio across CSRs, Bilateral Agencies and HNIs.
• Identify emerging funding opportunities aligned to programmes.

Strategic Partnerships & Donor Management

• Build and manage relationships with CSR leaders, Government Agencies and Institutional Donors.
• Lead donor meetings, partnership negotiations and stewardship initiatives.

Proposal Development & Grant Management

• Prepare concept notes, grant proposals, budgets and technical narratives.
• Coordinate with Programme, Finance, MEL and Communications teams.
• Ensure donor compliance and timely reporting.

Pipeline Management & Research

• Manage donor pipeline and CRM.
• Research CSR, FCRA and philanthropy landscape.
• Represent the organization in CSR forums and donor networks.

Impact Communication & Collaboration

• Develop donor presentations, impact reports and case studies.
• Support organizational strategy and sustainability initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 5 years of total experience with at least 2 - 3 years of fundraising experience in an NGO
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising fundarising campaigns
