Manager / Senior Manager - Fabrication

Role & responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end steel pole fabrication and manufacturing operations.
• Achieve daily, monthly, and annual production and delivery targets.
• Drive production planning, capacity utilization, manpower deployment, and resource optimization.
• Manage cutting, bending, welding, assembly, shot blasting, finishing, and dispatch operations.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, welding procedures, customer specifications, and process controls.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, TPM, 5S, OEE, and productivity improvement initiatives.
• Identify bottlenecks and reduce cycle time, rejection, rework, downtime, and manufacturing costs.
• Lead RCA, CAPA, process improvements, and continuous improvement activities.
• Ensure strict compliance with EHS, safety, statutory, and environmental requirements.
• Lead and develop Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Planning teams.
• Monitor key production, quality, cost, safety, and productivity KPIs.7
