About this role
• Manage the design process for corporate interior fit-out projects from concept to completion
• Review and validate design proposals and documentation submitted by external design partners
• Ensure design solutions align with ANSR’s brand, space utilization goals, and aesthetic standards
• Coordinate with internal teams including Real Estate, Projects, Procurement, and Business Units to facilitate smooth design integration
• Guide design development to ensure technical feasibility and detailing quality
• Ensure timely delivery of design milestones within the defined budget and schedule
• Conduct site visits to verify design intent and execution accuracy
• Keep current with industry trends, materials, and sustainable design practices
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture
• 6–15 years of hands-on experience in corporate interior design projects (preferably IT/ITES, coworking, or managed office environments)
• Strong skills in space planning, design detailing, material selection, and project coordination
• Proficient in tools like AutoCAD & SketchUp. Revit/BIM and AI visualisation tools like Mid journey is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal, coordination, and presentation skills
• Detail-oriented with a solution-driven mindset
