Role & responsibilities We are looking for a seasoned Delay Analyst with a minimum of 10 years of experience in planning and scheduling within the construction or infrastructure sector, of which at least 5 years should be in dedicated delay analysis. The candidate will be responsible for preparation and review of baseline and revised project programmes, conducting forensic schedule analysis, and identifying critical path delays. The role involves preparing and supporting Extension of Time (EOT) submissions and producing robust analytical reports for claims and dispute resolution processes.

Preferred Experience Candidates with hands-on experience in applying recognized delay analysis methodologies — including

Time Impact Analysis (TIA), Impacted As-Planned, Collapsed As-Built , and

Windows Analysis — will be strongly preferred. Prior exposure to quantification of

concurrent and

compensable delays, preparation of delay narratives for arbitration or adjudication, and coordination with legal and contract administration teams on dispute resolution matters will be a distinct advantage. Familiarity with

FIDIC contract conditions and their time-related provisions, as well as experience in presenting delay analysis findings before clients, dispute boards, or arbitral tribunals, is highly desirable. Proficiency in

Primavera P6 and
