Manager/Senior Manager - Corporate Relations

Role Overview:

The Campus Recruitment Manager / Sr. Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the Bank's campus hiring, employer branding, and campus engagement strategy across Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 3, and emerging institutions across India.

The role holder will lead end-to-end campus recruitment initiatives for all businesses and support functions across the bank including Technology, Analytics, Digital Banking, Operations, Sales, Risk, Finance, Credit, and other Core Banking businesses, while establishing the Bank as an employer of choice among students and academic institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Campus Recruitment Strategy & Workforce Planning:

- Develop and execute the Bank's annual campus recruitment strategy aligned with business growth plans.

- Partner with business leaders and HR teams to forecast hiring needs across various business functions.

- Design hiring models for Internships, Live Projects, Hire-Train-Deploy Programs, and Management Trainee Programs.

- Build talent acquisition strategies for both engineering and non-engineering campuses.

Campus Hiring Delivery:

- Manage end-to-end campus recruitment processes across India.

- Lead hiring programs for Technology, Data Analytics, MBA, and other graduate campuses.

- Oversee the recruitment lifecycle including campus mapping, demand planning, sourcing, assessments, and offer management.

Campus Employer Branding:

- Design and execute a nationwide employer branding strategy to enhance brand visibility among students and faculty.

- Establish the Bank as a preferred employer through leadership sessions, hackathons, and innovation challenges.

Campus Engagement & Relationship Management:

- Build and nurture long-term relationships with TPOs, Deans, and student associations.

- Develop strategic campus partnerships and ensure year-round engagement.

Internship & Pre-Placement Programs:

- Drive internship hiring programs and track PPO conversion.

Stakeholder Management:

- Collaborate with Business Heads, HR Business Partners, and external vendors.

Diversity Hiring & Inclusion:

- Drive campus diversity hiring initiatives and targeted programs for under-represented talent.

MIS & Reporting:

- Develop dashboards and management reports to optimize future campus strategies.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree from a recognized institution.

- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline preferred.

- 7-12 years of total experience with about 3 years in Campus Recruitment, Employer Branding, or Talent Acquisition.

- Experience managing large-scale campus hiring programs in Banking, Financial Services, Technology or Consulting organizations.

Travel Requirement:

- Willingness to travel up to 50% during peak campus hiring seasons.
