Manager/Senior Manager, B2B Sales (Consumer Electronics & Appliances)

Company: Westway Electronics Ltd., Noida

Experience: 5-10 years, mandatorily in LED TV, washing machine or air cooler manufacturing/ODM/OEM sales

Location: Noida (with pan-India travel)

Role Summary:

Own B2B revenue for LED TVs, washing machines and air coolers selling ODM/OEM manufacturing capacity to brand owners, large format retailers, e-commerce private labels, distributors and institutional buyers. This is a manufacturing-side sales role, not a retail or channel-scheme role.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and close OEM/ODM B2B business with Indian and international brands, private labels and importers.

Develop and manage sales pipeline, order-book targets and sales forecasts.

Handle commercial negotiations including BOM-based pricing, MOQ, payment terms, LD and warranty terms.

Coordinate with Engineering, Sourcing and Costing teams to develop feasible and profitable quotations.

Manage key accounts from NPI/sample approval to PO, production, dispatch and after-sales coordination.

Track competitor pricing, ODM activities, component/panel price movements and market trends.

Develop institutional and government/tender business wherever applicable.

Maintain CRM, pricing approvals, collections and DSO.

Strong experience in business development and key account management.

Existing relationships with brand owners, buying houses, LFR/e-commerce category teams or large distributors.

Good understanding of BOM, costing, landed cost and product specifications.

Strong commercial negotiation and pricing skills.

Knowledge of BIS, energy labelling, PLI and applicable import-duty structures.

Strong customer relationship management and cross-functional coordination.

B2B Sales experience is strictly mandatory. Candidates with only retail sales, dealer/distributor sales or channel sales experience and without relevant B2B/OEM/ODM experience will not be considered.

Candidates currently working with consumer electronics, home appliance, LED TV, washing machine, air cooler or large plastic/electronic appliance manufacturers in B2B/OEM/ODM sales roles will be preferred
