Manager/ Senior Manager, Accounting

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Oversee external audits and internal audits to ensure compliance with US GAAP and SOX controls.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders through effective communication and issue resolution.
• Ensure accurate revenue recognition in accordance with US GAAP principles.

Job Requirements :

• 8-15 years of experience in US accounting or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and SOX controls.
• Experience with lease accounting under US GAAP is required; experience with revenue recognition policies is an asset.
