Manager - Security (Location - BKC)

Key Responsibilities

Security Operations

• Manage day-to-day security operations: guarding, access control, visitor management, traffic, and material movement
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, documentation, and reporting standards

Security Systems & Intelligence

• Monitor and manage security systems (CCTV, access control, etc.)
• Develop basic intelligence inputs to identify and mitigate potential risks

Risk & Compliance

• Support security risk assessments and ensure implementation of mitigation measures
• Ensure compliance with security policies, statutory requirements, and quality standards

Incident & Emergency Management

• Respond to incidents and emergencies as per defined protocols
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for quick resolution

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and clients for smooth operations
• Manage vendor performance, SLA compliance, and governance mechanisms

Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely Daily/Weekly/Monthly reporting
• Track complaints, risks, and ensure timely closure

Team & Coordination

• Ensure discipline, professionalism, and capability of deployed security staff
• Work collaboratively across teams to ensure seamless operations

External Liaison

• Maintain coordination with local authorities (police, fire, etc.)
