Qualifications & Experience
- Qualified Company Secretary (Member of ICSI or relevant body).
- 58 years of post-qualifi cation experience (preferably in a listed company).
- Strong knowledge of Companies Act, SEBI Regulations, and Listing Compliance.
- Experience in handling Board/Committee processes.
- Familiarity with MCA, stock exchange portals, and compliance software.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of corporate laws and governance.
- Excellent drafting and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and confi dentiality.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving ability.
Preferred Attributes
- Experience in a mid-to-large, listed company.
- Exposure to corporate restructuring and M&A.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
