Manager - SAP-Project Management

Job Description

The Manager – SAP Project Management will spearhead complex SAP rollout initiatives within the SAP PM Competency – Delivery team. You will own full project lifecycles, from strategic planning and resource allocation to execution, risk mitigation, and postgolive support, driving excellence and value for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets aligned with business objectives.
• Coordinate crossfunctional teams, including consultants, developers, and business stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, manage scope changes, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
• Facilitate regular status reporting and communication with senior leadership and clients.
• Ensure adherence to SAP best practices, governance, and quality standards.
• Manage vendor relationships and thirdparty service providers.
• Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned and postimplementation reviews.
• Oversee resource forecasting, allocation, and performance management.
• Champion change management and user adoption activities throughout the project lifecycle.
  
  

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience managing largescale SAP implementation or transformation projects.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Strong knowledge of SAP modules (e.g., S/4HANA, ECC) and SAP Activate methodology.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in a matrix environment.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus.
• Expertise in risk management, issue resolution, and quality assurance processes.
• Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, SAP Solution Manager).
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as project demands require.
