Job Overview

In a large and growing organization, SAP ERP integrates with various business applications, including Hyperion for business consolidation and PF applications, to support critical business requirements.

We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with strong functional expertise in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA. The ideal candidate should possess a sound understanding of finance, costing, taxation, and SAP best practices, along with hands-on experience in implementation, configuration, integration, and support. Experience with Hyperion and other integrated business applications will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• SAP Implementation & Configuration: Plan and execute end-to-end SAP FICO implementations based on business and end-user requirements.
• Application Support & Enhancements: Manage day-to-day SAP FICO support, troubleshoot issues, and implement system enhancements.
• System Integration: Design, configure, and manage integration of SAP FICO with other SAP modules and third-party applications.
• Business Process Improvement: Identify, evaluate, and implement cost-effective systems and procedures to meet business requirements.
• Project Management: Coordinate project planning, scheduling, execution, monitoring, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
• Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendor resources for SAP support activities, project implementation, and issue resolution.
• Testing & Validation: Plan and execute unit, integration, and user acceptance testing to ensure system functionality and compliance with business requirements.
• Documentation & Training: Prepare and maintain functional specifications, process documentation, and end-user training materials.
• Finance & Taxation: Apply domain knowledge of finance, costing, GST, TDS, and TCS to support business processes and statutory requirements.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with Corporate Finance and MIS, Business Finance, SCM, Marketing, GBSS, Procurement, HR, and external auditors.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate in Commerce, Finance, or a related discipline.
• 3–4 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end SAP FICO implementation.
• Strong functional knowledge of SAP FICO across both SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA.
• Sound understanding of finance, costing, GST, TDS, and TCS.
• Knowledge of SAP best practices and business process optimization.
• Experience in project coordination, implementation planning, testing, and documentation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and external vendors.

Preferred Qualifications

• CA Intermediate, CMA Intermediate, or MBA in Finance.
• Experience with Hyperion for business consolidation.
• Exposure to integrations between SAP and other enterprise applications.
