Job Purpose
This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd. This position will manage the ARU for Sal PL Prime. Duties And Responsibilities
- Managing Call Center agents to deliver ARU volumes to increase overall Flexi utilization
- Achieving volume targets and managing Call Center Agent Metrics
- Identifying the need of sales skills for agents and conducting regular trainings
- Monitor & measure key conversion, productivity & data penetration metrics
- Retaining high performers and replace poor performers
- Take Care of customer Escalations and Complaint
- Good experience of MS Excel
- Good understanding of MIS reporting and Audit
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent Team Handling and problem resolving ability.
- Exceptionally high motivational levels and needs to be a self-starter
