About the Role This is a frontline sales leadership role. As a T2 Manager, you will lead a team of 10 or more Business Development professionals and own the revenue they generate. Build the team, set the pace, and convert effort into closed deals. Your core mandate is to ensure your team consistently delivers net revenue at a healthy multiple of its cost. Plan and drive daily sales activity, ensure a steady flow of client meetings, coach your team through negotiations, and step in personally on high-value closures. Own the numbers, review performance closely, and report progress to senior leadership. Beyond hitting targets, develop people. Mentor your Business Development professionals, identify and grow future team leads from within, and build a culture of accountability, energy, and consistent performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop sales plans and strategies to achieve team revenue goals.
- Manage lead generation and ensure your team consistently generates client meetings and site visits.
- Support the team through to deal closures and coach them on negotiation.
- Own team performance against a revenue target set as a multiple of team cost.
- Review client activity, anticipate client needs, and improve overall satisfaction.
- Build sales reports and provide regular feedback to the leadership team.
- Establish and maintain key customer relationships.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of 10 to 12 Business Development professionals.
Requirements
- 1 or more years of experience leading sales teams.
- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Strong strategic planning, organizational, and creative thinking ability.
- Comfortable carrying and driving a revenue target across a team.
Compensation and Growth
- Fixed CTC in line with experience and seniority.
