Manager Sales

The candidate will drive revenue growth, manage key customer relationships, develop channel partners, and establish KEB automation solutions

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

• Develop and execute a sales strategy for drives and automation products.
• Achieve annual sales targets and profitability objectives.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in industry.
• Generate demand for KEB drives, VFDs, servo drives, servo motors, and motion control solutions.
• Develop relationships with OEMs, system integrators, consultants, EPC contractors, and end users.
• Create and manage a strong sales pipeline through direct customer engagement.

Industry Focus Metal Sector

• Drive sales across:
• Steel plants
• Rolling mills
• Wire drawing plants
• Tube mills
• Aluminum processing plants
• Copper processing facilities
• Metal forming and handling applications
• Coil processing lines
• Pickling and galvanizing lines
• Understand customer applications and propose suitable automation solutions.
• Promote energy-efficient and productivity-enhancing drive systems.

Key Account Management

• Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers, plant heads, maintenance managers, project managers, and procurement teams.
• Handle strategic accounts across India.
• Conduct regular customer visits and business reviews.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close high-value projects.

Channel Development

• Appoint, train, and support channel partners and system integrators.
• Develop regional sales networks to increase market penetration.
• Monitor distributor performance and drive business growth.
