  7. Experience: 5+ years in real estate sales/marketing, preferably in premium villa/residential projects.
  9. Key Responsibilities:
  11. 1. Develop and manage a strong network of property consultants, brokers and channel partners.
  12. 2. Drive sales of premium villa projects through lead generation and direct/channel sales.
  13. 3. Generate leads, arrange site visits and convert prospects into customers.
  14. 4. Maintain strong relationships with property consultants and channel partners.
  15. 5. Identify new sales opportunities and expand the project’s market reach.
  16. 6. Handle negotiations and follow up with prospective customers until closure.
  17. 7. Monitor local real estate market trends, competitors and customer requirements.
  18. 8. Achieve assigned monthly and project-wise sales targets.
  19. 9. Submit regular sales and lead-conversion reports to management.
  21. Key Skills:
  22. Strong communication, negotiation, networking, relationship management, sales conversion and knowledge of the Trivandrum real estate market.
