Manager Sales & Marketing- TPA/Corporate/ PSU/ Referral

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage sales and marketing activities for TPA (Third Party Administrator), corporate, PSU (Public Sector Undertaking), and referral clients.
  
• Develop business development strategies to increase revenue growth through OPD (Outpatient Department) admissions, IPD billing, cashless services, and referral marketing.
  
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at hospitals to drive patient care initiatives and improve hospital sales performance.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective marketing campaigns that meet client needs.
  
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth in the healthcare industry.
