Export Sales & Marketing - Ion Exchange Resins / Water Treatment Chemicals

Manager / Assistant Manager

• Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
• Experience: 3 to 6 years in export sales of ion exchange resins or chemicals
• Role Focus: Expanding international market presence and driving global revenue growth

Key Responsibilities

• Market Expansion: Develop and implement strategies to target new international customers, regions and industries.
• Sales Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of export sales professionals and set performance goals.
• Compliance: Ensure a strong understanding of international export regulations and trade compliance.
• Reporting: Prepare sales reports, forecasts and budgets for senior management.

Experience: 2 to 10 years in Sales & Marketing

Role Focus: Developing distributors and enhancing sales across assigned territory

Key Responsibilities

• Channel Development: Develop distributors and sub-dealers in different pockets of North India.
• Lead Generation: Identify promising prospects through cold-calling, networking and customer referrals.
• OEM & Dealer Management: Cultivate solid relationships OEMs & Dealers to ensure continuous revenue.
• Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

Common Responsibilities:

• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities and market dynamics.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Diploma/B.E. (Chemical), B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry, MBA with Marketing or International Business preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication,negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Travel: Ability to travel internationally (for Export roles) or within allocated territories (for Domestic roles) as needed.
