Manager – Sales & Marketing to lead business development initiatives in the

Defence and Power Plant sector . The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving strategic growth, managing government/defence tenders, and building long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Defence sector
• Act as the single point of contact for generating and managing new business opportunities
• Participate in online and offline tenders through various e-procurement portals
• Handle end-to-end tendering process including RFI, RFP, EOI, and technical/commercial proposals
• Analyze enquiries and engage with clients for pre-bid meetings and requirements
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations tailored to customer needs
• Develop short-term and long-term business plans for Defence and Power Plant segments
• Design and enhance marketing strategies, presentations, processes, and systems
• Organize and participate in national exhibitions, conferences, and defence events
• Manage key stakeholder relationships with existing and new customers
• Track market trends, contract reviews, and competitive analysis
• Ensure successful order closure and coordinate with execution teams until payment realization
• Work closely with contracts and project teams for seamless execution of projects

Desired Profile:

• Strong experience in Defence / Government / PSU sales or tendering
• Proven expertise in handling e-procurement and government tenders
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to manage complex sales cycles and stakeholder relationships
• Strategic thinker with strong business acumen
