Job Description Sales & Marketing / Business Development

Location: Faridabad, Haryana
Experience: 5 - 10 Years
Qualification: B.Tech + MBA
Salary: 50,000 CTC per month to 12 LPA CTC, depending on experience and knowledge
Joining: Immediate Joiner preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and business development strategies for steel products.
• Generate new business opportunities and develop new customers.
• Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Identify market opportunities and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Handle sales of Hot Rolled (HR), Cold Rolled (CR), Electrical Stamping and Precision Tubes.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms and close sales.
• Coordinate with Production, Technical, Quality, Dispatch and Accounts teams for smooth order execution.
• Conduct market research and track competitor activities and market trends.
• Follow up on customer enquiries, orders, payments and receivables.
• Travel to customer locations as required for business development and customer meetings.

Required Skills & Experience

• 510 years of relevant experience in Sales, Marketing and Business Development.
• B.Tech + MBA qualification is mandatory.
• Experience in steel / metal / engineering products will be preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HR, CR, Electrical Stamping and Precision Tube products will be an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to develop new customers and achieve sales targets.
• Good commercial understanding and customer relationship management skills.
• Immediate joiner will be preferred.
