Manager Sales & Estimation - Civil Works

He should be capable for:

1) Tender Evaluation : Read, understand , evaluate customer's requirements, seek clarifications from Client / Consultants etc.

2.) Conducting feasibility studies (cost per key, cost per m2 etc)

3.) Preparation of sales presentation

4.) Preparation of detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ) based on issued drawings, specifications, and related client documents across various sub-trades.

5.) Preparation of techno-commercial offer

6) Able to carry out estimation and costing of Civil Works requirements 7) To float RFQ to various materials/equipment and obtain the prices from vendors

8) To attend techno-commercial meeting with consultant, clients, PSUs etc.

9.) Knowledge of Local & International Standards

10.) Responsible for 1) Sales target 2.) Estimation & Costing 3.) Coordination with client & internal team for preparing techno commercial bid and submission of the same.

Experience: 10 - 12 years

Education: B.E / Diploma in Civil
