Manager || Sales || Bangalore, Mumbai/ Gujarat

• Identify, prospect, and build relationships with premium and chain/cluster schools in and surrounding regions
• Engage directly with key decision-makers - Trustees, Correspondents, Directors, Principals - to understand school priorities and position our AI-led Teacher Training product
• Own the full sales cycle: lead generation, pitching, proposal, negotiation, and contract closure
• Build a strong pipeline of chain/cluster school groups, prioritizing multi-school deals where possible
• Represent the company at school events, education conferences, and trustee/principal networking forums
• Work closely with product and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and early success for signed schools, supporting renewal and expansion conversations
• Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting data in the CRM
• Provide market feedback on pricing, positioning, and competitive landscape to the leadership team.

What We're Looking For

• B2B sales experience, with a significant portion in selling to schools (ed-tech, ERP/CRM, curriculum, school infrastructure, teacher training, or education consulting)
• Demonstrated existing network of relationships with premium school Trustees/Correspondents/Principals in the city and region - this is a strong preference, not just "sales aptitude"
• Proven track record of closing high-value, multi-stakeholder B2B deals (not retail or transactional sales)
• Strong understanding of how school budget cycles, decision-making structures, and procurement typically work
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills - comfortable presenting to Trustees and school leadership
• Self-driven and comfortable working with significant autonomy in a field-heavy role
