We are hiring Manager - Sales and Growth (Industrial Services)

IRC Engineering Services seeks a dynamic, confident, results-driven Sales Manager with a proven track record in B2B industrial service sales.

Experience: 7-10 Years Preferred Industry: HVAC & Industrial Engineering Services

Qualification: Mechanical Engineer preferred; MBA/Management qualification is an added advantage.

Compensation: 12-15 Lac per annum + Lucrative incentives

Key Responsibilities

• Drive business development, client acquisition, revenue growth, and order closures.
• Identify new opportunities and build strong relationships with industrial clients and key decision-makers.
• Develop and execute sales strategies, negotiate commercial terms, and convert leads into business.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to final closure.
• Achieve assigned targets with complete accountability and consistent follow-through.
• Travel extensively for client meetings, negotiations, and business development.

Must-Have Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in industrial service sales; HVAC experience preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Confident, presentable, persuasive, and professionally impressive personality.
• High ownership, accountability, persistence, and a passion for achieving results.
• Consistent career track record with demonstrable sales achievements and business growth.
• Willingness to travel extensively as per business requirements.
