Manager - S&OP

Role Summary

Sigenergy India is seeking a Manager S&OP to lead the Sales & Operations Planning process and ensure effective alignment between Sales, Procurement, Logistics, Finance, and Operations. The role will focus on forecasting, supply planning, inventory optimization, and cross-functional coordination to support business growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly S&OP cycle including demand, supply, inventory, and executive review meetings.
• Develop and monitor demand forecasts and align procurement and supply plans accordingly.
• Identify and resolve demand-supply gaps, inventory risks, and stock availability issues.
• Drive inventory optimization and working capital improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Logistics, and Finance teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Prepare S&OP dashboards, forecast accuracy reports, inventory analysis, and management MIS.
• Support ERP/MRP planning improvements and process enhancement initiatives.

Desired Candidate

• Bachelors degree in Bachelors degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 6–10 years of experience in S&OP, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, or Supply Chain Management.
• Experience in manufacturing, electronics, renewable energy, battery, inverter, or industrial products will be an added advantage.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel; exposure to SAP, Oracle, Odoo, or similar ERP systems preferred.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
