Role & responsibilities

Revenue Collection Strategies

• Develop and implement comprehensive collection strategies, set KPIs, manage budgets, and lead collections teams (internal/external).
• Oversee daily activities, manage payment cycles, reconcile accounts, track delinquencies, and handle complex billing issues (RA bills, retention).
• Streamline workflows, implement technology, ensure data accuracy, and enforce discipline (e.g., no dispatch without readiness).
• Generate dashboards, track aging reports, provide data-driven insights, and report performance to senior management (CEO/CFO).
• Ensure adherence to debt collection laws, manage legal escalations (arbitration), and maintain ethical practices.
• Collaborate with sales, customer service, legal, and other departments; liaise with clients/government bodies for issue resolution

People management and development

• Ensure a motivated workforce; Identify training needs and ensure skill development of the team
• Reviewing the overall performance and identifying training necessities of production personnel.
• Track competencies of subordinates and provide leadership and development as required to achieve the objectives.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 8-10 years experience in a collection-related position in renewable industry
