PROCESS | Manager - Research Programs
Purpose
This document outlines the end-to-end lifecycle of a Ph.D. scholar at Rishihood University, from admission through to award and alumni engagement, defining the key steps to be coordinated at each stage.
1. Admission & Onboarding
- Receive and verify Ph.D. admission documents.
- Complete scholar registration and ERP entry.
- Coordinate allocation of supervisor/co-supervisor.
- Issue admission/registration letters.
- Conduct Ph.D. orientation and induction.
- Ensure scholars academic and administrative records are created.
2. Coursework Management
- Register scholars for prescribed coursework.
- Coordinate course registration and attendance records.
- Track coursework examinations and results.
- Ensure minimum credit/course requirements are fulfilled.
