About this role

We areseeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join our RD team in the role of Manager .
Job Purpose:
The position is responsible forconducting various in-house activities aimed at new product development,improvement of existing products, and process and quality optimization. Therole involves regular interaction with the Sales team to understand customerrequirements, application needs, and market demands, while providing necessarytechnical support. The incumbent will also be responsible for carrying outfeasibility studies for new product requirements and supportingcommercialization initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute in-house activities for new product development.
- Drive product, process, and quality improvement initiatives through systematic experimentation and analysis.
- Coordinate with Sales and Marketing teams to understand customer requirements and application-specific needs.
- Provide technical support to customers and internal stakeholders regarding product performance and applications.
- Conduct feasibility studies for new product opportunities and business requirements.
- Analyze development and process data and prepare technical reports with actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with production, quality, and operations teams for successful implementation of development projects.
Qualifications Experience:
Education:
Masters Degree in Metallurgical Engineering
Masters Degree in Metallurgical Engineering
Experience:
3-5 years of relevant experience in the Iron Steel Industry, preferablyin Product Development, RD, Process Improvement, or Technical Services.
