About this role
We Are Hiring | Quality Manager - QA/QC
Location: Chakan, Pune
Project Type: Industrial Construction
Experience: 10+ Years
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee overall Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities for industrial construction projects.
- Develop, implement, and monitor project quality plans, inspection and test plans (ITPs), and quality procedures.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications, applicable codes, and quality standards.
- Supervise site inspections, material testing, workmanship, and construction quality at all project stages.
- Coordinate with project teams, clients, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve quality-related issues.
- Identify non-conformities, conduct root cause analysis, and ensure corrective and preventive actions.
- Plan and conduct quality audits and ensure proper maintenance of quality documentation and inspection records.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the QA/QC team to achieve project quality objectives.
- Monitor quality performance and drive continuous improvement in construction processes.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 10++ years of relevant experience in QA/QC, preferably in industrial construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction quality standards, inspection procedures, and quality documentation.
- Proven experience in managing quality teams and coordinating with project stakeholders.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
