About this role
- Establish quality controls at every manufacturing stage - Injection moulding, mold validation, paint performance testing and verifying plating quality requirements.
- Ensure process parameters are defined, documented and controlled.
- Ensure Paint line validation, surface preparation control and monitor process capability and stability.
- Verify plating quality requirements, conduct plating line audits and ensure compliance to customer specifications.
- Participate in APQP activities, review DFMEA, PFMEA and develop Control Plans.
- Lead Measurement System Analysis (MSA) and coordinate PPAP submissions
- Conduct root cause analysis and preventive actions
- Serve as the primary quality interface for automotive OEMs and Tier-1 customers.
- Lead customer approvals for:
- New Product Development
- Process Changes
- PPAP Submission
- Engineering Changes
