• Qualification: B.E./B.Tech Metallurgy or M.E./M.Tech in Metallurgy / Material Science

Preferred candidate profile

• Develop & implement process improvement initiatives.
• Analyze current processes and identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes
• Knowledge of core processes like Casting, Annealing, Cold & Hot Rolling, Slitting
• Lead and mentor the quality process team, providing guidance and training on quality standards, procedures, and best practices
• The ability to inspire a team, collaborate with cross-functional departments
