About this role

Accountabilities
Key Performance Indicators
- Implement the QA/QC management system at site
- Coordinate with quality inspections with all the site sub-contractors and vendors coordinate all nondestructive testing on site.
- Verify that the quality related site activities are in accordance with the applicable codes and standards
- % adherence to the Quality Standards.
- Ensures the quality records, acceptance certificates, mechanical completion certificates and the documentation for specific systems and buildings/areas are prepared and collated in accordance with project requirements.
- Training Records and awareness campaigns photographs
- Carry out regular site inspections in association with project manager and site team.
- Attending site committee meetings and site co-ordination meetings.
- Inspection reports and Site quality Observations
- Site review meeting minutes and follow ups
- Complying legal requirements and other statutory requirements.
- Conducting Internal audits for Integrated Management systems.
- Quality formats / Audit observations and findings
- Non – conformance Reports
Government/Regulatory agencies, External Auditors, Clients and vendors
Cross functional team members and user departments.
Should have worked in projects of size 150 to 300 Cr.
Handle a team of 2-4 employees.
- MBA / Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Management / Hospitality
- 12 to 14 years of work experience in Construction QA/QC in the field of Buildings especially mega malls/ It parks/ Commercial buildings/
- Airport experience will be an added advantage.
- Well versed with IS, BS, ASTM codes for Quality control & testing procedures
- Experience in implementation Quality Management Systems (ISO)
To Manage Project QA & QC Process, Inspection and Testing of Construction works. Ensure final products are in line with Employer’s Requirement and Comply to Contract Terms and codal standards and specifications. Implementation ISO Management System, Audits & Compliance.
