Manager - Quality Assurance & Control

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement QA/QC policies, systems, and procedures to ensure consistent product quality.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives within QA/QC, including automation, data analytics, and system integration.
• Strengthen and standardize customer response systems, ensuring timely, data-driven, and effective communication on quality matters.
• Oversee testing, inspection, and validation of raw materials, in-process, and finished goods.
• Drive implementation of new testing techniques, technologies, and methodologies to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
• Establish and implement robust QA mechanisms and control systems to prevent defects and ensure right-first-time quality.
• Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Manage internal and external audits, certifications, and regulatory inspections.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects and enhance process capability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, R&D, and Supply Chain teams.
• Monitor, analyze, and present quality performance metrics to senior management.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's or master's degree in chemistry, Engineering, or related field.
• 12 years of experience in QA/QC, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of quality systems, regulatory frameworks (ISO, GMP), and audit management.
• Experience in driving digital initiatives and system improvements in quality functions preferred.
• Work Experience: 12-15 years.
