Manager - QMS ( Quality Management System) - Female preferred

Role & responsibilities

• QMS & EHS Maintenance: Develop and maintain plant systems in compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, EMS 14001, OHAS 45001, and EnMS 50001.
• Audits & Compliance: Plan and execute internal, process, and third-party audits. Ensure timely closure of findings using robust root cause analysis.
• Management Reviews: Prepare and present MRM data. Track monthly department KPIs and coordinate action plans directly with the Plant Head.
• Customer & Change Management: Ensure strict adherence to Customer-Specific Requirements (CSR). Manage document control, change management, and support APQP/PPAP for new project launches.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive risk-based thinking, PFMEA, 7 QC tools, SPC, Kaizen, QCC sustenance, and shop-floor TPM implementation.
• Certified Internal Auditor / Lead Auditor (preferred)

Training: Conduct internal awareness training on plant systems, safety, quality improvement, and company regulations for all employee levels

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong knowledge of IATF 16949 / ISO 9001, EMS 14001, OHAS45001 & EnMS 50001
• Expertise in audits, problem solving, and root cause analysis
• Leadership, coordination, and communication skills
• Analytical mindset and data-driven decision making
• Exposure to automotive customer requirements
• Excellent presentation preparation and explanation
• Strong Automotive Processes knowledge
• Fitment, function and performance of product
