- ;Familiar with standards and codes of ASME, ASTM, API ISO etc.,
- ;Expertise in interpretation of standards and convincing customer/consultant.
- ;Scrutinize and review of order specification and prepare WPS and PQR and getting approval from customer/consultant.
- ;Prepare QAP as per the requirement and getting it approved by customer/consultant.
- ;Co-ordinate follow-up with customer/consultant for timely approvals or resolutions.
- ;Familiar in different types of NDT techniques and must have good knowledge to interpret the results.
- ;All inspections such as raw materials, in process and final inspection must be taken care.
- ;Documentation/protocol as per customer formats and should take care of documentation control and record keeping.
- ;Expertise in root cause analysis and corrective action.
