Manager - Public Relations & Communications (Remote)

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end PR & communications campaigns-from media outreach and press release distribution to crisis comms and executive positioning.
• Develop and execute brand messaging, media kits, and story angles tailored to Tier I & II tech publications, trade journals, and broadcast outlets.
• Manage relationships with journalists, influencers, analysts, and industry events to secure high-impact coverage and speaking opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align PR with product launches, funding announcements, and market expansion narratives.
• Track, measure, and report on media coverage, sentiment, and KPIs-including share of voice, message pull-through, and tiered placement tracking.
• Mentor and guide junior team members on media pitching, briefing notes, and communications best practices while maintaining brand consistency.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

• Media relations

• PR campaign measurement (ROI, AVE, sentiment analysis)

Preferred

• Experience in tech/SaaS PR
• Proficiency with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite for collateral design
• Experience managing PR agencies or freelance writers
