Manager -Proposal (Water Treatment experience only)

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare techno-commercial proposals for wastewater treatment service, AMC, O&M, refurbishment, and retrofitting.
• Review customer RFQs, tender documents, and technical specifications to identify project requirements.
• Develop process solutions involving ion exchange systems, reverse osmosis (RO), ultrafiltration (UF), demineralization (DM), softening, ETP, STP, and ZLD systems.
• Coordinate with process engineering, procurement, operations, and sales teams for costing and proposal preparation.
• Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, pricing strategies, and commercial documentation.
• Support the sales team with technical presentations, bid clarifications, and customer discussions.
• Participate in technical negotiations and ensure compliance with customer specifications.
• Maintain proposal documentation, standard templates, and cost databases.
• Identify value engineering opportunities to improve competitiveness and profitability.
• Monitor tender submission schedules and ensure timely completion of all proposal activities.
