Manager - Projects

• Delivery of the new building and conversion projects on schedule and within budget
• Plan, manage, coordinate and oversee projects development - contract signing, plan approval, hiring site team and vessels construction, commissioning, Yard audits and delivery supervision, Liaison with all stake holders.
• Provide leadership, direction and guidance to the team and managing risks for the successful conclusion of projects - Prepare and execute contingency plan for any unforeseeable situation.
• Oversees multiple projects and managing resources to ensure projects are progressing on time efficiently and effectively and within budget.
• Propose projects/ plan and obtain necessary budget/investment approval.
• Monitor the time schedule, quality, and cost control for the projects.
• Regularly visiting site offices and attending key events
• Report regularly to Head Office on the progress of different projects.
• Handle ad hoc assignments or tasks as required.

• Bachelor or Masters in Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 7 10 years of project management experience handling Newbuilding / EPC Conversion Projects in Maritime Sector.
• Fluency and proficiency in both written and spoken English
• Proficiency in IT and experience with using all relevant Microsoft office software
