Manager Project Planning (Commercial Real Estate Project)

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed project schedules, construction programmes, and milestone plans.
• Develop and monitor project plans using relevant tools and softwares .
• Track project progress against approved schedules and identify delays or potential risks.
• Prepare recovery plans and revised schedules wherever required.
• Coordinate with Project, Engineering, Procurement, Commercial, and Site teams for effective planning and execution.
• Monitor critical activities and maintain the critical path of the project.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports and presentations for management.
• Conduct project reviews and highlight delays, bottlenecks, and corrective actions.
• Monitor procurement and construction activities to ensure alignment with project timelines.
• Prepare cash flow forecasts and project progress projections, where required.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring.
• Proficiency in relevant Project softwares
• Good understanding of construction methodologies and sequencing of activities.
• Experience in preparing project schedules, progress reports, and recovery plans.
• Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and presentation abilities.
