Manager - Project Management

Role & responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all Lupin R&D API projects.
• Develop detailed project plans, clearly defining scope, timelines, and key milestones in Planisware.
• Identify potential risks and formulate robust mitigation strategies.
• Track and monitor project progress to ensure adherence to committed timelines for DMF submissions as per regulatory and project schedules.
• Coordinate with Group Leads / Team Leads to support resource planning and allocation.
• Facilitate weekly project review meetings and circulate minutes along with action items.
• Escalate critical issues appropriately to senior management and the LLP PM team.
• Prepare and present project status updates for R&D review meetings using Planisware data.
• Support senior management in the annual budgeting process for Lupin limited projects.
