Position: Manager – Project

Key Deliverables
- Ensure timely completion of projects within approved budgets and contractual requirements.
- Conduct project review meetings in coordination with the engineering, production, purchase, and site team and communicate project progress, risks, and corrective actions and share periodic project update with Management.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout project execution and manage customer expectations and resolve technical and execution-related issues.
- Monitor project costs against the approved budget and estimated project margins and Identify cost overruns and implement corrective measures.
- Identify project risks related to material availability, design, manufacturing, logistics, and site execution, develop mitigation plans and escalate critical risks promptly.
Qualification – BE(Mechanical)
Experience – 12+ years experience
Must Have Competencies
Technical Skills
- Knowledge of Conveyor systems, or other material handling equipment's.
- Understanding of mechanical drawings, fabrication processes, engineering specifications, and quality inspection.
- Familiarity with project scheduling tools such as MS Project or Primavera and ERP systems.
- Knowledge of project costing, risk management, and project documentation.
- Client relationship management
- Project planning and execution.
- Leadership and team coordination.
