Job Summary

Position: Manager Project

Location: Mumbai and Vadodara

Key Deliverables

• Ensure timely completion of projects within approved budgets and contractual requirements.
• Conduct project review meetings in coordination with the engineering, production, purchase, and site team and communicate project progress, risks, and corrective actions and share periodic project update with Management.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout project execution and manage customer expectations and resolve technical and execution-related issues.
• Monitor project costs against the approved budget and estimated project margins and Identify cost overruns and implement corrective measures.
• Identify project risks related to material availability, design, manufacturing, logistics, and site execution, develop mitigation plans and escalate critical risks promptly.

Requirements

• Qualification BE(Mechanical)
• Experience 12+ years experience

Competencies

• Knowledge of Conveyor systems, or other material handling equipment s.
• Understanding of mechanical drawings, fabrication processes, engineering specifications, and quality inspection.
• Familiarity with project scheduling tools such as MS Project or Primavera and ERP systems.
• Knowledge of project costing, risk management, and project documentation.
• Client relationship management
• Project planning and execution.
• Leadership and team coordination.
• Problem-solving and decision-making.
• Negotiation and conflict resolution.
