Manager - Program Development & Institutional Alliances

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement programs to achieve organizational goals, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, plan, and execute events, campaigns, and partnership initiatives.
• Manage budgets for program development projects, tracking expenses and making recommendations for cost savings where necessary.
• Identify new opportunities for growth through partnerships and collaborations.

Job Requirements :

• 5-10 years of experience in program development or a related field (NGO/social services/industry associations).
• Strong understanding of CRM systems and ability to leverage data analysis for informed decision-making.
• Excellent cross-functional coordination skills; experience working across multiple departments within an organization.
