Job Summary

Technical skills Electrical panel assembly knowledge. (LT Panels, VFD/ PLC panels) Ability to read and interpret Electrical schematics, GA drawings, Wiring diagrams, BOM (Bill of Materials), Knowledge of electrical components MCCBs, ACBs, MCBs, Contactors, relays, VFDs, PLCs, HMIs, Busbars and control wiring Understanding of panel standards Is/ IEC standards, Safety regulations Troubleshooting and testing of assembled panels.

Responsibilities

• Electrical panel assembly knowledge, including LT Panels, VFD/PLC panels.
• Reading and interpretation of electrical schematics, GA drawings, wiring diagrams, BOM.
• Knowledge of electrical components MCCBs, ACBs, MCBs, contactors, relays, VFDs, PLCs, HMIs, busbars and control wiring.
• Understanding of panel standards IS/IEC standards, safety regulations.
• Troubleshooting and testing of assembled panels.
• Production planning and scheduling.
• Resource allocation and manpower management.
• Capacity planning.
• Cycle time reduction initiatives.
• Resolve production bottlenecks/issues.
• 5S implementation.
• Productivity and efficiency improvement.
• Lean Manufacturing principles.
• In-process quality inspection.
• Final inspection.
• Root Cause Analysis (RCA) with CAPA.
• IMS understanding of requirements.
• Electrical safety practices.
• PPE compliance.
• Hazard identification and risk assessment.
• Maintaining a safe shop-floor environment.
• Team supervision and motivation.
• Training and skill development of technicians.
• Conflict resolution.
• Shift management.
• Effective communication with workers and management.
• Material planning and tracking.
• Inventory control.
• BOM verification.
• Coordination with stores and procurement.

Qualifications

• 5 - 9 Years of experience in Production Management.
• Bachelor s degree in Engineering or related field.
